We do not offer refunds or returns as a general policy. However, in rare cases where a customer receives a defective product, a refund may be provided.
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days.
All orders will be processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
